Hate crimes against Asian American folks are on the rise – and guest co-host Natalie Orzco (she/her)  has a personal connection to one of the most recent attacks in Oakland- and advice on how to show up for others. TV Legend Norman Leer and Laverne Cox are teaming up for a new sitcom and this representation collaboration of legends is a BFD! We are side eyeing the Vatican with their most recent stance on the LGBTQ+.  This leads us into a discussion about being queer and having a relationship with religion. In the Main Korner, in honor of Women’s History Month- we gotta go back to the basics because ya’ll don’t know your history. James is hearing too many myths about Rosa Parks and we need to come correct with her legacy, so he breaks down and busts 5 myths about Mz Rosa Parks. And also… who is Claudette Colvin? See ya’ll don’t even know! Natalie keeps the celebration of women going with more women who are just getting shit done and some more first in the political arena. Natalies gives tips for her female identifying folks navigating these chaotic times, and a call to action for folks who benefit from male privilege and overall advice as we birth into Spring!
