Portia describes how frustrating it is to be considered for a role, only to have it go to someone who looks like Jarrett’s cousin. Plus, does Idris Elba have a point in arguing that people should only be allowed to post on social media if they use their real names? Jarrett and Tre’Vell have some thoughts.
