Sticker sale for charity!

I’ll get right to it.
If what we do means something to you, and you can afford it, now is the time to support Maximum Fun.

It’s the last week of MaxFunDrive!

Hi there!

I’ll get right to it.
If what we do means something to you, and you can afford it, now is the time to support Maximum Fun.

If you haven’t done so yet, here are four reasons why you should:

  1. You’re investing in the creators you love.
Our shows are owned by their creators and your support means they can continue to make those shows the way they’d like (and the way you like!) on a consistent schedule. It also means ads can be kept to a minimum so hosts can focus on the show itself.
  2. You’re supporting a business that cares about people more than profits.
For over a dozen years, MaxFun has had one mission: to foster sustainable creative work that makes the world a better place. We’ve been able to do this with the support of members. Now, we’re transitioning to worker-ownership, and continuing to value people and sustainability in an industry awash with layoffs and show cancellations. And we still can only do it with your support.
  3. You get special thank-you gifts.
As our way of thanking you for your commitment to independent media, $5/month will get you over 500 hours of Bonus Content–including  fun  stuff  like  this.
$10 or more a month will get you some limited edition physical gifts like our show-specific restickable stickers.
  4. You will feel good.
Paying creators for their work, being a part of what makes that work possible, and ensuring that it remains freely available for folks who rely on it but can’t afford to support it right now feels really, really good. I know, because I was a member for years before I worked here and it felt great.

So what do you think? For $5/month, will you help MaxFun and your favorite shows keep going? Become a member now.

And if you’re already a member, consider upgrading to the next tier, or boosting by a buck or two a month, especially if you’ve started listening to new shows. Thank you!

Post-Drive sticker sale for charity is April 3-14!

One of the best things we get to do all year is turn people’s love for our $10/month gifts into money for charity. This tradition has been going on for seven years now, and it’s one of the greatest things that we get to do together as a community.

If you become a member by the time the sale starts, you’ll be able to join in as well! As usual, folks at the $10+ level can get any stickers they’d like; all members have a chance to purchase our MaxFun network sticker.

This year, let’s help some folks get food.
We love how food can bring communities together. But we know that not everyone has access to the food they need. So this year, we’ll be donating the net proceeds of the sticker sale to these five food banks in areas of the U.S. disproportionately affected by poverty:

With the support of the MaxFun community, we’ll be able to help folks in these areas get food on their tables so they can enjoy a meal with people they love.

Now let’s close out the MaxFunDrive with a huge second week! Please consider becoming a member; we could really use your support this year. And help us spread the word to your pals and to folks on social media. We’re so grateful to everyone who supports us, helps us spread the word, and is a part of our community. Thank you for listening to our shows and thank you for being you!
