Episode notes

It’s a new week and we brought the flow on a brand new episode of Tights and Fights!

Josiah Williams is the voice and creative force behind the rap project “Wrestle and Flow.” After years of it mainly being a personal project, he gained new notoriety by getting a job with WWE and NXT.

Now that he’s no longer a part of the company, he’s able to take on tons of new projects. Including the album of “Who We Are: A Celebration of Excellence” from AEW, where he raps about Mark Henry and Red Velvet.

Plus, Josiah will tell us about some of his favorite wrestling stories for the week. Which, of course, means we have to talk about MJF and CM Punk and how they were part of one of the greatest wrestling segments ever.

The Three Count

Julian put over the end of the MJF vs. CM Punk segment.

Hal put over Jericho and Eddie Kingston’s promo.

Josiah put over Buddy Matthews AEW debut.

Hosted by Hal Lublin, Julian Burrell and Josiah Williams

Produced by Julian Burrell for Maximum Fun.

The music for our new promo is provided by Incompetech.com
