Episode notes
Grab a snack and save room for a ton of meat in your sandwich, it’s a brand new episode of Tights and Fights!
If you thought last week was the end of WWE firing people, boy are you in for a shock: Mark Carrano, one of the least liked people from the company’s talent-relations department, has been let go following Mickie James’ ire on twitter.
Plus, NXT continues to be too good for this world. Who’s going to enter the title picture next? Why does The Way continue to work in spite of (or perhaps because of) their dysfunction?
And on AEW, we finally got to see the Women’s Champion…. Right before it looks like she’s going to drop the belt to Britt Baker.
The Main Event
As much as we love wrestling to take us through every kind of emotion… it can also be the best sort of medicine to make us feel better. So we’re going to get into some of the best wrestling comfort food that we turn to. We’ll talk about some of our favorite wrestling that makes us feel better and whether that’s taken a hit in the year of the pandemic.
The Three Count:
Danielle put over her appearance on the podcast “Rebooking the Territory”
Lindsey put over the latest crop of wrestling cats.
Hal put over RJ City explaining the similarities between Muppets and Wrestling.
Hosted by Hal Lublin, Danielle Radford and Lindsey Kelk
Produced by Julian Burrell for Maximum Fun.
