While most speakers at the conference claim that COVID is overblown, or even nonexistent, Brown believes it is a government-sponsored bioweapon aimed at killing average people and making “the elite” immortal. Carrie tells Ross about Brown’s decidedly fearful talk, and about the various belief sets that seem to be influencing and underpinning his theories.
