Feed Drop: Minority Korner

1st June 2020

Hey everyone! We don’t have a new MBMBaM for you today — instead, we’re doing a feed drop of Minority Korner. It’s a fantastic show on the Maximum Fun network that’s all about discussing culture and news through an intersectional lens. We’re so appreciative that James allowed us to cross-post the latest episode from last Friday on our feed.

This past weekend, we all witnessed a horrific escalation of police violence against protestors and Black folks across the country. We encourage everyone to not only seek out and support Black creators, artists and voices, but to find ways to support folks on the ground, either through bail funds or by providing direct support to frontline protestors. Links and resources are below.

About the show

My Brother, My Brother and Me is an advicecast for the modern era featuring three real-life brothers: Justin, Travis, and Griffin McElroy. For roughly five-sixths of an hour each week, with new episodes dropping every Monday, the brothers McElroy will answer any query sent our way, each fielding questions falling into our respective areas of expertise. We operate like a streamlined, advice-generating machine. It’s both terrifying and humbling to behold.

If you’re in desperate need of a bit of advice, don’t be shy! Simply send an email to mbmbam@maximumfun.org and we’ll take care of that for you.
