Episode #479: ‘The Only Living Pickpocket in New York’ with Bilge Ebiri

Writer/director Noah Segan (who you might know as the funny guy in the woodwork of every Rian Johnson movie) has made a very New York City movie that’s an homage not only to New York, but to the past, and to the New York of the past…and to the New York movies of the past! John Turturro stars alongside Steve Buscemi, Giancarlo Esposito, and more. We’ve got Vulture/NY Mag’s Bilge Ebiri back at long last to chop it up about this one. Then we have a listener dispatch about Wicker in 4DX (!) and another Christmas Movie Minute.
