Allan McLeod

Biography

Allan McLeod is an actor, writer, and host of the podcast Walkin’ About.

You can catch Allan in the upcoming film The Threesome, as well as the Hulu limited series Interior Chinatown, 911: Lone Star on FOX, NCIS, Parks and Rec, Monsters University, and 5 seasons on the FX Hulu series You’re The Worst. Allan also appeared for 6 seasons on Comedy Central’s Drunk History as an intoxicated storyteller. 

In addition to performing, Allan cut his teeth writing sketch comedy and doing improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in L.A. His love of comedy and collaboration led to a staff position at FunnyOrDie where he wrote for notable projects such as Billy On The Street and Red Nose Day.

Allan’s experience with performing and writing led to directing work for FunnyOrDie as well. He made short films, topical content, sketch comedy videos, and branded content for Paramount Pictures, the L.A. Clippers, Go90, and Hallmark Shoebox. Other commercial directing credits include projects for Toyota, RaceTrac, AutoTrader, and Yahoo! Sports.
