A variety of patches

MaxFunDrive gift and patch shipping update!

It’s happening! Our fulfillment centers are starting to get your patch orders and MaxFunDrive gifts ready to go out the door.

Here’s a bit of general info:

If you are getting MaxFunDrive gifts, those ship separately from purchased patches. The purchased patches will ship out first.

This is old news to most of you, but if you purchased patches during the patch sale, those will be shipping separately from any MaxFunDrive gifts you are expecting. Purchased patches will be mailed out first from our friends at Topatoco in MA (and will start shipping in the next week or so!), and MaxFunDrive gift packages will start shipping out towards the end of the month from a fulfillment center in CA. Once the gifts start shipping, it will also take a few weeks to get through everyone on the list. 

So, if you get one package before the other, or if you see your friends posting photos of their fun stuff — don’t fret, your packages are headed your way soon! It just takes time to get through every single one.

We will have tracking numbers for you!

As mentioned above, when your package has shipped, you will get an email that includes your tracking number. If you are getting a MaxFunDrive gift and you ordered patches from the patch sale, you’ll get two tracking emails. Please be patient while our fulfillment centers work their magic, and please be sure to check your spam folder for that email from membership@maximumfun.org!

If your address has changed and you did NOT update it when we sent our emails out:

At this point it is too late to change your shipping address, sorry! If you have moved or are moving (and, again, did not update your address in response to the email we sent out), your package will most likely be returned to sender, and we will contact you about shipping it back out. If you did not change your address in our system, but you did set up mail forwarding, your package should find you at your new address if it is going through USPS (our tracking email will let you know what carrier your package is being sent through); it may just take some extra time.

If you live outside the US:

It will definitely take extra time for packages to make it to our friends outside of the US – most likely several more weeks – depending on how long things take to go through customs.
