You may have seen Stephnie (not a typo, she spells it that way) Weir as a cast member on Mad TV or in appearances on Modern Family, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Lady Dynamite. But if you live near Stephnie or happen to be a close friend or colleague, you may also know her from the handmade holiday napkins she distributes to her inner circle. She methodically walks us through the steps of gathering supplies and creating these gifts. She also admits to occasionally checking in on the recipients to see whether the napkins are part of their lives or have mysteriously vanished. When Stephnie had occasion to work with Billy Crystal, she wanted to make him some very special New York Yankees napkins, since that’s his favorite team. It did not go smoothly and you’ll drift off to sleep imagining a politely perplexed Billy Crystal.
