Christian Dueñas is a boy from LA who was originally brought in to MaxFun as the official “do whatever” guy, but eventually became an editor/producer/Nintendo nerd.
Christian is an editor/producer here at MaxFun and works on Troubled Waters and other projects. He produced Heat Rocks, and he’s also done stuff for Stitcher, Earwolf, HBO, Little Everywhere, and more. He initially studied to become a nurse, but quickly learned that he does not like it at all and naturally pivoted to podcasting. Longtime MaxFunsters may know him as “that guy whose grandpa’s favorite genre of movie is Talking Dog movies.”
Chris was born and raised in South LA and knows where you can get great pupusas. He loves cooking, dogs, collecting records, and playing way too many videogames. Seriously, he owns a lot of videogames and it’s starting to worry his mom.
